To log into the Lanarkshire Clinical Portal:
You can access the Lanarkshire Clinical Portal from either:
- The Vision 3 front screen, select Apps Controller and then simply select the Lanarkshire Clinical Portal app
.
or,
- Consultation Manager, select the patient required and select Apps - Select Apps from the toolbar, now select the Lanarkshire Clinical Portal app or, if the app has been added to the quick list, select Apps - Lanarkshire Clinical Portal.
Remember - You can add the Lanarkshire Clinical Portal to the quick list should you require, see
Menu Configuration for details.
The Lanarkshire Clinical Portal screen displays within a separate Internet Explorer browser, displaying information relevant to patients within your GP Practice.
Important - If you have accessed a patient through both Apps Controller and Consultation Manager, the one you have accessed last is the active patient in Lanarkshire Clinical Portal, you must ensure the correct patient is being referenced in this scenario.
